And of course bits and pieces of daily finds and interests here and there at Oregon State Univ.
Made potato chips! Simpler than I thought. Slice them about 1/8 inch thick and toss them around in a little olive oil and salt. It takes 30min+ with an oven temperature of 400. Yum!
